 Consultations – Complementary for first time clients and clients new to the service of electrology, this includes a 10 minute treatment, a medical history review and a complete skin assessment.

POLICIES

General Policies

 

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
  2. Time has been set apart especially for you, so respectfully cancel  at least 12 hours      in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
  3. Cash, Etransfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit payments accepted as  well as Gift Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  4. Late arrivals will be charged from your scheduled time and not arrival time and will      end at the pre-scheduled time.
  5. Due to the lack of a waiting area at the clinic, I ask that you please arrive on time for  your scheduled appointment and wait in your vehicle until that time. 
  6. 100% Cancellation charge for unattended or uncancelled appointments, as well as        appointments that has been cancelled with less than 6 hours notice. Further                appointments can be scheduled as soon as cancellation charges has been paid by        Etransfer. I understand that life happens and sometimes circumstances are                  completely out of our control, therefore I have the discretion to wave the first              cancellation charge as I see fit in these circumstances. Please contact me as soon as    you know you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, this way your time  can be offered to someone else.
